I recently stayed at this hotel and I had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect as it was very close to all the major attractions and the amazing restaurant. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they helped me with all my requests. The service at this venue was exceptional, whether it was room service, dry cleaning, or housekeeping. The amenities were top-notch, including heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and mini-bar. The rooms were soundproofed, which made for a comfortable stay. Additionally, I enjoyed the dining restaurant that served in-room breakfast as well. The outdoor dining area was lovely and the buffet had many options to choose from. The staff will help you get where you're going and help you make arrangements.

Families would love this place.

Excellent location, close to public transportation and within walking distance of many attractions. Well-appointed rooms with modern amenities and stunning views. Friendly and polite staff, with exceptional service. Delicious breakfast with a variety of options. Free coffee/tea in the lobby. Airport taxi arrangements were convenient and hassle-free.

Felt almost like at home, no reason to complain.

We were actually surprised by the attentive staff at Moments hotel. They went out of their way to provide us with useful local information, and even sorted out a trip to the baths for us. Our junior suite was fine, the contents of the minibar satisfied our cravings, and the Chocofine cocktails in the bar were excellent. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great information on sightseeing and assisting with transportation. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the metro station and close proximity to the Jewish quarter and popular attractions. the breakfast included in the stay was not to be missed - a wide variety of delicious options to start the day.

Although the hotel was rated 4 stars, I was disappointed to find that there were no slippers or bathrobe provided in the room. I also missed having a kettle and tea available in the room for convenience.

We loved the hotel's excellent location close to the Danube river and within walking distance to many of this city's top tourist sites. The hotel facilities were very clean with a fine bistro, and the breakfast was superb. we found the staff to be helpful, friendly, and accommodating.

Not obvious to find.

Located on a busy street with easy access to all nearby attractions and a boutique shopping plaza. Adjacent restaurants offer a diverse selection of traditional Hungarian cuisine. The reception staff is courteous and professional and always welcoming with complimentary tea and coffee. Very cozy and comfortable rooms with all the latest amenities and the morning buffet offers a decent selection of breakfast items.

Room towels were of small size and insufficient for two people.
